You may not be aware, but ACC receive a lot of messages a week.
For
these reasons, I wanted to make sure you were aware, and to give you
the instructions on how to change your settings, as
to prevent your email from being flooded.
1) At Accommunity, go to Member Tools (At the bottom to the left of your screen)
2) Go to Check Your E-mail Settings
3) Under Messages, click the circle beside
"On the Web:
I'll read the messages online"
You
DO NOT want these discussions sent to your email box, or it will get
flooded. You may still elect to receive the daily or weekly digests.
But the option you chose with the red star beside is not advised.

Hide Your Email
Next, you might want to hide your email address while you are in there. Just uncheck the box that makes it visible.
1) At Accommunity, go to Member Tools (At the bottom to the left of your screen)
2) Go to Check Your E-mail Settings
3) Under Email make sure the box with "Allow other group members to see my e-mail address" is unchecked.
How To Unjoin
1) At Accommunity, go to Member Tools (At the bottom to the left of your screen)
2) Go to Check Your E-mail Settings
3) Go to View Member Profile
4) Go to Edit My Profile
5) Then Click "Unjoin This Site"
